Front Side Door Replacement

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Apply masking tape to the fender and door edges.
  2. Disconnect the door electrical connector.
  3. Support the door before removing the hinge bolts.
1 Front Side Door Check Link Bolt
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


Tighten 
22 N.m (16 lb ft)
2 Front Side Door Upper Hinge Bolt to Door [2x]
Tighten 
25 N.m (18 lb ft)
3 Front Side Door Lower Hinge Bolt to Door [2x]
Tighten 
25 N.m (18 lb ft)
4 Front Side Door

Procedure

  1. With the of an assistant, remove the door.
  2. When replacing the door it is necessary to transfer all of the internal components.
  3. Front Side Door Adjustment
