1	Steering Column Shroud Bolt @ Lower Shroud (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 3 N.m (27 lb in)
2	Steering Column Shroud Bolt @ Upper Shroud Tighten .4 - 1.0 N.m (4 - 9 lb in)
3	Lower Steering Column Shroud Procedures Use a flat bladed plastic trim tool in order to release the tabs securing the upper shroud cover to the lower trim cover. Disconnect the steering column tilt wheel and telescope switch. Steering Column Tilt Wheel and Telescope Switch Replacement .
4	Upper Steering Column Shroud Procedure Using a flat bladed plastic trim tool, release the tabs securing the instrument panel cluster trim plate to the upper and lower trim cover.
