Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the right instrument panel trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Trim Plate Replacement - Right Side (Cadillac) .
  2. Remove the instrument panel compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement (Cadillac) .
  3. Remove the right instrument panel fuse block access hole cover. Refer to Instrument Panel Fuse Block Access Hole Cover Replacement (Cadillac) .
  4. Remove the right front floor console applique. Refer to Front Floor Console Applique Replacement - Right Side (Cadillac) .

    Remove the bolts (1) securing the instrument panel lower trim panel to the instrument carrier.

    Remove the instrument panel lower trim panel (1) secured by retainers to the instrument carrier.
