Removal Procedure

    Release the instrument panel compartment door. If the door is inoperable, manually release the latch. Refer to Opening the Instrument Panel Compartment Door without Electrical Power (Cadillac) .

  2. Remove the bolts (1) securing the instrument panel compartment to the instrument carrier.

    Remove the instrument panel compartment (1) secured by retainers to the instrument carrier.

  4. Disconnect the electrical connections.
