Conditions for Setting the DTC

B324D 01 and B324D 04 

A loss of B+ voltage to the body control module.

B324D 01 

The body control module detects short to battery in the instrument panel compartment door unlatch actuator relay control circuit.

B324D 02 

The body control module detects short to ground in the instrument panel compartment door unlatch actuator relay control circuit.

B324D 04 

The body control module detects an open/high resistance in the instrument panel compartment door unlatch actuator relay control circuit.
