Circuit/System Verification

  1. Ignition ON, turn on the K175 Center Console Compartment Cooler Control Module.
  2. Verify the K175 Center Console Compartment Cooler Control Module activates and cools to less than 40° F (5° C) after approximately 40 minutes.
    • If K175 Center Console Compartment Cooler Control Module does not cool 

      Refer to Circuit/System Testing - Test 1.

    • Go to next step: If K175 Center Console Compartment Cooler Control Module does cool to less than 40° F (5° C) after approximately 40 minutes 
  3. Verify the S145 Center Console Compartment Cooler Switch indicator illuminates when cooler is activated.
    • If S145 Center Console Compartment Cooler Switch indicator does not illuminate 

      Refer to Circuit/System Testing - Test 2.

    • If S145 Center Console Compartment Cooler Switch indicator is always illuminated 

      Refer to Circuit/System Testing - Test 2

    • If S145 Center Console Compartment Cooler Switch indicator flashes On and Off 

      Refer to Circuit/System Testing - Test 1

    • Go to next step: If K175 Center Console Compartment Cooler Control Module does illuminate properly 
  4. All OK.
