Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the engine front cover. Refer to Engine Front Cover Replacement (LV7) , or Engine Front Cover Replacement (L5Q) .

    Release the tension by pushing the tensioner and insert the EN-49073  timing chain tensioner pin (1) to the timing chain tensioner (2).

    Remove the timing chain tensioner bolts (1) and timing chain tensioner (2) with timing chain tensioner gasket (3).
