Circuit/System Verification
WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
- Ignition On.
- Verify DTC P02E0, P02E2, P02E3, P02EB, P0651, P122B, or P122C is not set.
- If a DTC is set.
- Go to next step: If none of the DTCs are set
- Verify DTC P02E8, P02E9, P16A0, P16A1 or P16A2 is not set.
- If P02E8, or P02E9 are the only DTCs set
Test or replace the Q20 Intake Air Flow Valve.
- If DTC P16A0, P16A1, or P16A2 is set with any of the DTCs
Refer to Circuit/System Testing.
- Go to next step: If none of the DTCs are set
- If P02E8, or P02E9 are the only DTCs set
- Ignition On, verify the scan tool Intake Air Flow Valve Position parameter is between 0 - 100% and changes when commanding the Intake Air Flow Valve Position between 0 - 100%.
- If not within the specified range or does not change
Refer to Circuit/System Testing
- Go to next step: If within the specified range and changes
- If not within the specified range or does not change
- Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC. You may also operate the vehicle within the conditions that you observed from the Freeze Frame/Failure Records data.
- If a DTC sets
Refer to Circuit/System Testing
- Go to next step: If DTC does not set
- If a DTC sets
- All OK.
