Circuit/System Verification

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Ignition ON.
  2. Verify that no other DTCs are set.
    • Go to next step: If no other DTCs are set 
  3. Ignition ON, verify that the DPF Differential Pressure parameter is between 0 and +3 kPa (0 and +0.14 PSI).
    • If not within the specified range 

      Refer to Circuit/System Testing.

    • Go to next step: If within the specified range 
  4. Engine running at a warm stabilized idle, observe the scan tool DPF Differential Pressure parameter. The value should be between 0 - 3 kPa (-0.15 psi and +0.44 psi).
    • If not within the specified range 

      Refer to Circuit/System Testing.

    • Go to next step: If within the specified range 
  5. Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC. You may also operate the vehicle within the conditions that you observed in the Freeze Frame/Failure Records data.
  6. Verify the DTC is not set.
    • If the DTC is set 

      Refer to Circuit/System Testing.

    • Go to next step: If no DTC is set 
  7. All OK.
