Battery Voltage = Greater than 11 V
Engine = Running
Reductant Tank Temperature 1 = Greater than -9°C (16°F)
Vehicle Speed = Greater than 19 km/h (30 MPH)

Frequency the DTC runs = Continuously - After the running conditions are met
