Emission Reduction Fluid Injector
WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
The emission reduction fluid injector (2) is placed at the exhaust pipe vaporizer (1), which is welded into the exhaust front pipe. The purpose is to inject the emission reduction fluid into the exhaust emission stream. This reduces the nitrogen oxides that were produced during the combustion. Depending on the amount of NOx in the exhaust gas flow, the injection quantity of the emission reduction fluid determined.
The emission reduction fluid injector is controlled by the emission reduction fluid controller.
The emission reduction fluid injector has three nozzles, which produce 1 spray circle.
