- Ignition Voltage = Greater than 11 V
- Engine Speed = Less than 1100 RPM
- Engine Coolant Temperature = Warmer than 70°C (158°F)
- Intake Air Flow Valve Position = Greater than 90%

- DTC P0107, P0108, P2228, P2229, P227C, P227D, P2610 = Not set
- DTC P0107, P0108, P2228, P2229 = Not pending
- Ignition = On & Engine = Off
- Time between current ignition cycle and the last time the engine was running - Greater than 5 s
