Removal Procedure

  1. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection - Disconnect

    Remove the electrical connector (1) from the exhaust gas recirculation vacuum regulator solenoid valve (2).

  3. Remove the charge air bypass regulator solenoid valve inlet tube (4) from the exhaust gas recirculation vacuum regulator solenoid valve (2).
  4. Remove the exhaust gas recirculation vacuum regulator valve hose (5).
  5. Remove the 2 exhaust gas recirculation vacuum regulator solenoid valve bolts (3).
  6. Remove the exhaust gas recirculation vacuum regulator solenoid valve (2).
