Disassemble Procedure

Disconnect the electrical connector:
1. Emission Reduction Fluid Controller (5)
2. Emission Reduction Fluid Supply Pump Module (3)
3. Emission Reduction Fluid Quality Sensor (2)
Emission Reduction Fluid Pump Module Wiring Harness (1) @ Clip (4) - Unclip

NOTE:
A second technician is required, to hold the emission reduction fluid tank during the removal procedure of the emission reduction fluid tank pump module ring (2).

Remove the emission reduction fluid tank pump module ring (2), using the CH-45722 wrench (1).

NOTE:
Before removing the emission reduction fluid supply pump module, mark the position of the emission reduction fluid supply pump module lash (3).

Emission Reduction Fluid Supply Pump Module (1) - Remove
Remove and DISCARD the seal. (2)

Emission Reduction Fluid Controller Bolt (1) - Remove
Emission Reduction Fluid Controller (2) - Remove
