Emission Reduction Fluid Controller (2) - Install

CAUTION:

Emission Reduction Fluid Controller Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 5 N.m (44 lb in)

Install a NEW seal. (3)

NOTE:

Ensure that the emission reduction fluid supply pump module lash (4) accords to the previously made mark.

Install the emission reduction fluid supply pump module (1) to the emission reduction fluid tank. Guide the gummed heater stripes (2) into the emission reduction fluid tank opening.

NOTE:
A second technician is required, to hold the emission reduction fluid tank during the installation procedure of the emission reduction fluid tank pump module ring (2).

Install the emission reduction fluid tank pump module ring (2), using the CH-45722 wrench (1).

Connect the electrical connector:
1. Emission Reduction Fluid Controller (5)
2. Emission Reduction Fluid Supply Pump Module (3)
3. Emission Reduction Fluid Quality Sensor (2)
