Removal Procedure

- Before performing the first steps, review the Emission Reduction Fluid and Emission Reduction Fluid Handling .
- Disconnect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
- Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
Clip (2) - Remove
- Remove the emission reduction fluid shield door (1).
Disconnect the electrical connector:
- Emission Reduction Fluid Controller (3)
- Emission Reduction Fluid Exhaust Front Pipe Injector Supply Pipe Electrical Connector (4)
- Wiring Harness (2) @ Wiring Harness Retainer (1) - Unclip
- Wiring Harness (2) - Position aside
- Emission Reduction Fluid Exhaust Front Pipe Injector Supply Pipe (6) @ Emission Reduction Fluid Supply Pump Module (5) - Disconnect
- Close all open connections with the suitable closure plugs.
Plastic Nut (1, 3) - Remove [4x]
- Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Shield (2) - Remove
Disconnect the electrical connector. (1)
- Emission Reduction Fluid Controller Bolt (3) - Remove [3x]
- Emission Reduction Fluid Controller (2) - Remove
