Installation Procedure

Emission Reduction Fluid Controller (2) - Install
- Emission Reduction Fluid Controller Bolt (3) - Install and tighten 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)
- Connect the electrical connector. (1)
Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Shield (2) - Install
- Plastic Nut (1, 3) - Install [4x]
Remove the closure plugs from all open connections.
- Emission Reduction Fluid Exhaust Front Pipe Injector Supply Pipe (6) @ Emission Reduction Fluid Supply Pump Module (5) - Connect
- Wiring Harness (2) @ Wiring Harness Retainer (1) - Install
- Connect the electrical connector:
- Emission Reduction Fluid Controller (3)
- Emission Reduction Fluid Exhaust Front Pipe Injector Supply Pipe Electrical Connector (4)
Install the emission reduction fluid shield door (1).
- Clip (2) - Install
- Lower the vehicle.
- Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
- If replacing, reprogram the module. Control Module References
