Installation Procedure

Charge Air Cooler (2) @ Radiator Assembly (1) - Install
Clip in the 2 retainer clips (1).
Install the engine coolant fan shroud (1) to the radiator. Ensure the 4 retaining tabs (2, 3) engage audible.
- CAUTION:
Charge Air Temperature Sensor (2) - Install and tighten [2x] 19 N.m (14 lb ft)
- Connect the electrical connector. (1) [2x]
- Lower the vehicle.
Engine Coolant Fan Shroud Bolt (1, 2) - Install and tighten [2x] 5 N.m (44 lb in)
Connect the electrical connector. (1)
- Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose @ Charge Air Cooler - Install - Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Replacement
- Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Hose @ Charge Air Cooler - Install - Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Hose Replacement
- Install the front bumper fascia. Front Bumper Fascia Replacement
- Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
