Removal Procedure

- Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection - Disconnect
Front Bumper Fascia Extension (3) - Remove - Front Bumper Fascia Extension Replacement (without Front Bumper Shutter)Front Bumper Fascia Extension Replacement (with Front Bumper Shutter)
Unlock the charge air cooler outlet air hose clamp (1).
- Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose (2) @ Charge Air Cooler (3) - Remove
Radiator Inlet Hose Retainer (2) - Unclip
- Unlock the charge air cooler outlet air hose clamp (1).
- Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose (3) @ Throttle Body - Remove
- Remove the charge air cooler outlet air hose from the vehicle.
