Installation Procedure

Install a NEW turbocharger wastegate actuator pipe seal (2).
Install the turbocharger wastegate actuator pipe (1).

CAUTION:
Fastener Caution

Install the 2 turbocharger wastegate actuator pipe bracket bolts (1, 5) and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in)
Position the wiring harness. (7)
Wiring Harness Clip (4) - Install
Connect the electrical connector:
1. Engine Oil Pressure Switch (3)
2. Fuel Injection Pump (9)
3. Starter (8)
4. Oil Pump Flow Control Solenoid Valve (6)
Remove the closure plugs from all connections.
Fuel Return Front Pipe (2) @ Fuel Injection Pump - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

Install the turbocharger wastegate actuator pipe to the exhaust gas recirculation vacuum regulator solenoid valve (3).
Install the turbocharger wastegate actuator pipe to the turbocharger wastegate actuator vacuum control solenoid valve (2).
Install the turbocharger wastegate actuator pipe to the 2 retainer clips (1).
Exhaust Front Pipe - Install - Exhaust Front Pipe Replacement (1.6L Diesel LH7)
Lower the vehicle.
Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
