Installation Procedure
- Prepare the NEW brake pipe for the installation. Refer to Brake Pipe Replacement .
- Position and preinstall the brake pipe to the vehicle. Do not tighten.
Remove the caps from the brake pipe and hose fittings.
- Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Tighten 20 N.m (15 lb ft)
Brake Pipe (2)@Retainer (1) - Connect
Brake Pipe (1)@Retainer - Connect [3x]
Remove the cap from the brake pipe fitting.
- Remove the cap from the intermediate brake pipe unit.
- Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Tighten 20 N.m (15 lb ft)
- Electrical Connector (2) - Connect
- Install the right rear tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
- Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding
