Removal Procedure

  1. Charge Air Cooler Outlet Hose - Remove - Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Replacement 
  2. Power Brake Booster Vacuum Hose - Disconnect - Power Brake Booster Vacuum Hose Replacement (LUV)Power Brake Booster Vacuum Hose Replacement (LE2)Power Brake Booster Vacuum Hose Replacement (2H0)
  3. Radiator Surge Tank - Reposition away - Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LUV, 2H0)Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LE2)
  4. GM3657208

    Remove the vacuum pump bolts (3).

  5. Remove the vacuum pump bolt retainer (2).
  6. GM3657209

    Remove the vacuum pump (2).

  7. Remove and DISCARD the vacuum pump gasket (1).
