Installation Procedure

  1. GM3686889

    Install the ignition coils (2).

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Install the ignition coil bolts (1) and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

    NOTE:

    The ignition coil wiring harness cylinders 1 and 3 are marked white.

    Connect the electrical connectors (1).

  4. Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (without KL9)Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (with KL9)
