Installation Procedure

  1. GM4111405

    Evaporative Emission Pipe (1) @ Retainer (2) - Install [5x]

  2. Evaporative Emission Pipe (1) @ Evaporative Emission Pipe (2) - - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
  3. GM4111068

    Fuel Tank Protector (2) - Install

    4. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  4. Fuel Tank Protector Nut (1) - Install and tighten [3x] 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  5. GM4111062

    Parking Brake Cable (2) - Install

  6. Parking Brake Cable Nut (1) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  7. GM4111072

    Underbody Cross Sill Shield (2) - Install

  8. Underbody Cross Sill Shield Nut (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 3.5 N.m (31 lb in)
  9. Lower the vehicle.

    Evaporative Emission Pipe (1) @ Retainer (2) - Install [2x]

  11. GM4111408

    Evaporative Emission Pipe (1) @ Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Solenoid Valve - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
