Removal Procedure

  1. Intake Manifold Cover - Remove - Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
  2. Front Bumper Fascia - Remove - Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Chevrolet)Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Buick)
  3. GM4115680

    Radiator Surge Tank(6) - Remove - Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LUV, 2H0)Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LE2)

  4. Remove the relay center on upper tie bar.
  5. Disconnect the control valve body transmission control module electrical connector.
  6. Battery Tray - Remove - Battery Tray Replacement
  7. GM4139131

    Electrical Connector(4) - Disconnect

  8. Ground Nut(3) - Remove
  9. GM4113064

    Power Brake Booster Vacuum Hose (1) @ Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose (3) - Remove

  10. Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Bracket Nut (2) @ Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose (3) - Remove [2x]

    Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose (1) @ Throttle Body (2) - Remove

  12. GM4113102

    Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Bracket Bolt (1) @ Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose (2) - Remove [2x]

  13. GM4113134

    Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Retainer Spring(1) - Unclip

  14. Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose(2) @ Charge Air Cooler (3) - Remove
