Installation Procedure

  1. GM4888096

    Check the rubber seal (1) is inside the outlet air hose.

  2. GM4113134

    Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose(2) @ Charge Air Cooler (3) - Install

  3. Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Retainer Spring(1) - Clip
  4. GM4113102
    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Bracket Bolt (1) @ Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose (2) - Install and tighten [2x] 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

  5. GM4113065

    Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose (1) @ Throttle Body (2) - Install

  6. GM4113064

    Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Bracket Nut (2) @ Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose (3) - Install and tighten [2x] 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

  7. Power Brake Booster Vacuum Hose (1) @ Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose (3) - Install
  8. GM4139131

    Ground Nut(3) - Install and tighten10N.m (89 lb in)

  9. Electrical Connector(4) - Connect
  10. Battery Tray - Install - Battery Tray Replacement
  11. Connect the control valve body transmission control module electrical connector.
  12. Install the relay center to upper tie bar.

    Radiator Surge Tank(6) - Install - Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LUV, 2H0)Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LE2)

  14. Front Bumper Fascia - Install - Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Chevrolet)Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Buick)
  15. Intake Manifold Cover - Install - Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
