Circuit/System Verification

- Ignition ON, clear the DTC information with a scan tool.
- Verify no other DTCs are set.NOTE: DTC P0601, P0602, P0603, P0604, P0606, P062B, P062F, P0630, P16F3 or P262B could be set as a default action taken from another DTC.
- If any other DTCs are set
Refer to Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) List - Vehicle for further diagnosis.
- Go to next step: If no other DTCs are set
- If any other DTCs are set
- Observe the DTC information with a scan tool. Verify DTC P0602 or P0630 is not set.
- If any of the DTCs are set
- Program the K20 Engine Control Module. Refer to Control Module References .
- Verify DTC P0602 or P0630 is not set.
- If any of the DTCs are set, replace the K20 Engine Control Module.
- If none of the DTCs are set
- All OK.
- Go to next step: If none of the DTCs are set
- Verify DTC P0601, P0603, P0604, P0606, P062B, P062F, P16F3 or P262B is not set.
- If any of the DTCs are set
Replace the K20 Engine Control Module.
- Go to next step: If none of the DTCs are set
- If any of the DTCs are set
- All OK.
