Circuit/System Verification

NOTE: Cold Start-Up=Required

Engine - Idling
Verify the scan tool parameter:Cylinder 1-8 Current Misfire Counter=Less than 1
- If 1 or greater
1. Ignition - On / Vehicle - In Service Mode & Engine - Off
2. Verify the following conditions do not exist:
  - Fuel Pressure - Low/High - Refer to Fuel System Diagnosis .
  - Fuel - Contaminated/Poor Quality - Refer to Alcohol/Contaminants-in-Fuel Diagnosis
  - Damaged or worn component: - Fuel Injector - Refer to Fuel Injector Balance Test
  - If a condition exists - Repair or replace as necessary
- Go to next step: If less than 1
All OK.
