Installation Procedure

- Install the fuel level sensor (1) to the module.
- Position and slide the fuel level sensor (1) down.
- Ensure that the level sensor tangs (2) are engaged at the bucket.
- Ensure fuel level sensor wires are wrapped once around the fuel pump module wires prior to engaging retainer to module cover.
- Install the fuel level sensor electrical connector to the module cover.
- Ensure that the retainer (1) engaged the module cover.
- Install the fuel tank module. Refer to Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module Replacement (SWB) Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module Replacement (LWB) .
