Removal Procedure

  1. Remove Drive Belt - Drive Belt Replacement - Accessory 
  2. Remove Steering Gear Skid Shield -Steering Gear Skid Shield Replacement
  3. Fig 1: Webbing, Crankshaft Pulley And Belt

  4. Insert the EN-51767-5  Webbing (1) between the pulley (2) and belt (3).
  5. While walking the EN-51767-5  Webbing around the circumference of the pulley, rotate the crankshaft pulley counterclockwise.
  6. Once the EN-51767-5  Webbing is around the circumference of the crankshaft pulley, pull the loose end of the EN-51767-5  Webbing inward toward the engine, removing the belt from the crankshaft pulley.
  7. Remove the belt from the air conditioning compressor pulley and then from the vehicle.
