1	Automatic Transmission Case Extension Seal - Lube Oil Procedure Use a NEW seal.
2	Automatic Transmission Case Extension Seal Procedure Use a NEW seal.
3	Automatic Transmission Case Extension CAUTION: Before installing the transmission case extension to the transmission case, make certain all internal transmission components including the stator shaft support assembly and output carrier are in place. Failure to do so may result in damage to the transmission. Procedure Grease the inner part of the output shaft seal where the output shaft rides before installing the extension onto the transmission.
4	Automatic Transmission Case Extension Bolt [6x] CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Procedure Tighten the bolts in the sequence shown. Rotate the transmission so the output shaft is facing upward. Tighten the bolts a first pass hand tight. Tighten the bolts a second pass to 20 N.m (15 lb ft). Tighten the bolts a final pass to 58 N.m (43 lb ft).
