Component Testing

  1. Test for 5.0 Ω to 5.4 Ω between the test points: Terminal 1 @ Q77 Transmission Control Solenoid Valve & Terminal 2 @ Q77 Transmission Control Solenoid Valve
    • If not between 5.0 and 5.4 Ω 

      Replace the component: Q77 Transmission Control Solenoid Valve

    • Go to next step: If between 5.0 and 5.4 Ω 
  2. Test for infinite resistance between the test points: Terminal 1 @ Q77 Transmission Control Solenoid Valve & Ground
    • If less than infinite resistance 

      Replace the component: Q77 Transmission Control Solenoid Valve

    • Go to next step: If infinite resistance 
  3. All OK.
