Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle

  2. Disconnect the transmission vent hose assembly (1) from the transmission vent hose clip bracket (3).
  3. Reposition the wiring harness from the stud bolt.
  4. Remove the transmission vent hose clip bracket retaining nut (2).
  5. Disconnect transfer case vent hose assembly from the hose clip bracket, if equipped with four wheel drive.
  6. Remove the transmission vent hose clip bracket (3) from the vehicle.
