Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
  2. Place a suitable drain pan under the automatic transmission.

  3. Clean the surrounding area of the automatic transmission fluid pan (2).
  4. Remove the automatic transmission fluid pan bolts (1).
  5. Remove the automatic transmission fluid pan (2).
  6. Remove the automatic transmission fluid pan gasket (3).
  7. Remove the automatic transmission fluid filter bolts (4, 5).
  8. Remove the automatic transmission fluid filter (6).
  9. Remove and DISCARD the automatic transmission fluid pump seal (8).
