Remove the rear seat cushion trim panel. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Trim Panel Replacement (60/40 Bench) Rear Seat Cushion Trim Panel Replacement (Bucket) .

Rear Seat Latch Cable

Procedure

Release the rear seat latch to fold up the seat and gain access to the latch cable.
Release the J-channel retainers on the rear and side of the seat cushion.
Release the seat cushion enough for access to the cables for routing purposes.
Disconnect the latch cable from the seat recliner bracket.
