1	Driver or Passenger Seat Head Restraint Guide Procedure  Using a suitable flat-bladed tool, insert the tool into the guide and locate the slot on the retaining tab. Pry inward on the guide retaining tab, while pulling upward to remove the guide from the seat back frame.
