1	3rd Row Seat Head Restraint Procedure Remove the 3rd row seat head restraint. Refer to 3rd Row Seat Head Restraint Replacement .
2	3rd Row Seat Head Restraint Guide Procedure Using a suitable flat-bladed tool, slide the tool into the guide until you find the slot on the inboard side of the guide. Push inward on the guide slot tab, while pulling upward to remove the guide from the seat back frame. NOTE: The guide is released from the inboard side by inserting a suitable flat-bladed tool into the slot and prying it inward until released.

3rd Row Seat Head Restraint Guide

Procedure

Using a suitable flat-bladed tool, slide the tool into the guide until you find the slot on the inboard side of the guide.
Push inward on the guide slot tab, while pulling upward to remove the guide from the seat back frame.
NOTE:
The guide is released from the inboard side by inserting a suitable flat-bladed tool into the slot and prying it inward until released.
