Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove the 60% 3rd row seat back cover and pad. Refer to 3rd Row Seat Back Cover and Pad Replacement (60%) .
  2. Remove the 60% 3rd row seat cushion cover and pad. Refer to 3rd Row Seat Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement (60%) .
  3. Remove the 3rd row seat back (inboard) hinge finish cover. Refer to 3rd Row Seat Back Hinge Finish Cover Replacement (60% Inboard with AS8) 3rd Row Seat Back Hinge Finish Cover Replacement (60% Outboard with AS8) 3rd Row Seat Back Hinge Finish Cover Replacement (60% Inboard with ARN) 3rd Row Seat Back Hinge Finish Cover Replacement (60% Outboard with ARN) .
  4. Remove the 60% 3rd row rear seat back pivot actuator motor, if equipped. Refer to 3rd Row Seat Back Pivot Actuator Motor Replacement - Back Cushion .
1 3rd Row Seat Cushion Frame Bolt (Qty: 4)
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


Tighten 
45 N.m (33 lb ft)
2 3rd Row Seat Cushion Frame

Procedure

  1. Disconnect, and remove the two seat back latch cables from the seat frame.
  2. Disconnect and unclip the electrical harness attached to the seat frame.
  3. Transfer parts as necessary.
