Conditions for Running the DTC

- Ignition ON.
- System Voltage = 9-32 V
- Semi-conductor relay power output voltage 3.0 V or less.
- DTC P17C9 runs continuously.
- Semi-conductor relay power source voltage 8.4 V or greater.
