Action Taken When the DTC Sets

Condition 1 

Engine Coolant Temperature = Colder than -35°C (-31°F) & Engine Run Time = Less than 900 s

• Pulley ratio limited to 2.2.
• Sub shift control is prohibited.
• Turbine torque is limited depending on actual line pressure.
• Line Pressure = 500 kPa (73 PSI)

Condition 2 

Engine Coolant Temperature = Colder than 10°C (50°F) & Engine Run Time = Less than 1500 s

• Pulley ratio limited to 1.0 - 2.2.
• Sub shift control is prohibited.
• Turbine torque is limited depending on actual line pressure.
• Line Pressure = 500 kPa (73 PSI)

Condition 3 

Engine Coolant Temperature = Colder than 10°C (50°F) & Engine Run Time = Less than 1500 s

• Vehicle Speed = Greater than 7 km/h (4.5 MPH)
• Turbine torque limited to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).
• Turbine speed limited to Less than 1800 RPM.
• Turbine torque is limited depending on actual line pressure.
• Line Pressure = 500 kPa (73 PSI)
