Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Clean the 3 clutch actuator cylinder threads in clutch housing.

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Clutch Actuator Cylinder Mounting Sleeve Caution .

    Install the clutch actuator cylinder (2).

    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Install the 3 clutch actuator cylinder bolts (1) and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
  4. Install the clutch actuator cylinder pipe. Refer to Clutch Actuator Cylinder Pipe Replacement .
  5. Install the transmission. Refer to Transmission Replacement (With 1.0L Engine)Transmission Replacement (With 1.4L Engine) .
