Oil Pump Drive Chain Installation

1	Crankshaft Sprocket
2	Crankshaft Balancer Key
3	Oil Pump Drive Chain Procedure Loosen the oil pump bolts, if necessary, and tilt the oil pump assembly in order to install the drive chain over the oil pump and crankshaft sprockets. Once the drive chain is correctly positioned on the sprockets, the oil pump bolts can be hand tightened.
4	Oil Pump Drive Chain Tensioner NOTE: Ensure the tensioner spring is retained in the correct position prior to installation.
5	Oil Pump Drive Chain Tensioner Bolt CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
