Cylinder Head Disassemble

  1. Remove the camshaft bearing lower cap (1).
  2. Remove 2 camshaft bearing front cap locating pins (2).
  3. Remove 2 cylinder head core hole plugs (3) from the top of the cylinder head.
  4. Remove the cylinder head oil gallery plug (5) from the front of the cylinder head.
  5. Remove the cylinder head oil restrictor plug (4).
  6. Remove the cylinder head plug (6).

  7. Remove 2 cylinder head oil gallery plugs (1) from the side of the cylinder head.
  8. Remove 3 cylinder head studs (2). Discard the studs.

  9. Remove the cylinder head core hole plug (1) from the side of the cylinder head.

  10. Remove the cylinder head core hole plug (1) from the rear of the cylinder head.
