Circuit/System Testing

- Ignition OFF, disconnect the X1 harness connector at the K33 HVAC Control Module, ignition ON.
- Verify that the DTC B393D does not reset.
- If the DTC resets
- Ignition OFF, disconnect the X7 harness connector at the K9 Body Control Module.
- Test for infinite resistance between the signal circuit terminal 22 X7 at the K9 Body Control Module harness connector and ground.
- If less than infinite resistance, repair the short to ground on the circuit.
- If infinite resistance, replace the K9 Body Control Module.
- If the DTC does not reset
- Replace the K33 HVAC Control Module.
