WARNING: Refer to SIR Warning . Preliminary Procedures Remove the front seat. Refer to Driver or Passenger Seat Removal and Installation . Remove the front seat cushion cover and pad. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement . Whenever the inflatable restraint passenger presence system or any component of the passenger presence system is removed. Refer to Control Module References .
1	Front Seat Back Cushion Frame Bolt (Qty: 4) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 35 N.m (26 lb ft)
2	Front Seat Cushion Frame Disconnect electrical connectors as needed. If replacing with a new front seat back cushion frame, transfer components as necessary.

Preliminary Procedures

Remove the front seat. Refer to Driver or Passenger Seat Removal and Installation .
Remove the front seat cushion cover and pad. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement .
Whenever the inflatable restraint passenger presence system or any component of the passenger presence system is removed. Refer to Control Module References .

Front Seat Back Cushion Frame Bolt (Qty: 4)

CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten
35 N.m (26 lb ft)

Front Seat Cushion Frame

Disconnect electrical connectors as needed.
If replacing with a new front seat back cushion frame, transfer components as necessary.
