Installation Procedure

- Install Front Brake Pipe (1) @ Vehicle
- Install Front Brake Pipe (1) @ Brake Pipe Clip (2)
- Install Front Brake Pipe (1) @ Brake Pipe Clip (2)
- Install and tighten Front Brake Pipe Fitting (1) @ Front Brake Hose (2) to 18 N.m (13 lb ft)
- Install Front Bumper Fascia Opening Lower Cover-Left Side. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Opening Lower Cover Replacement
- Install the left front tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
- Install EBCM/BPMV and Bracket Assembly (1) @ Vehicle. Refer to Electronic Brake Control Module with Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Replacement
- Install Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Primary Pipe. Refer to Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Primary Pipe Replacement (LHD) Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Primary Pipe Replacement (RHD)
- Install Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Secondary Pipe. Refer to Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Secondary Pipe Replacement (LHD) Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Secondary Pipe Replacement (RHD)
- Install Battery Tray. Refer to Battery Tray Replacement (without Engine Block Heater)Battery Tray Replacement (with Engine Block Heater)
- Bleed the brake system. Refer to Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Manual) Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure)
- Lower the vehicle.
