Installation Procedure

  1. Install Front Brake Pipe (1) @ Vehicle
  2. Install Front Brake Pipe (1) @ Brake Pipe Clip (2)

  4. Install Front Brake Pipe (1) @ Brake Pipe Clip (2)

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  6. Install and tighten Front Brake Pipe Fitting (1) @ Front Brake Hose (2) to 18 N.m (13 lb ft)
  7. Install Front Bumper Fascia Opening Lower Cover-Left Side. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Opening Lower Cover Replacement
  8. Install the left front tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation

  10. Install EBCM/BPMV and Bracket Assembly (1) @ Vehicle. Refer to Electronic Brake Control Module with Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Replacement
  11. Install Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Primary Pipe. Refer to Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Primary Pipe Replacement (LHD) Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Primary Pipe Replacement (RHD) 
  12. Install Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Secondary Pipe. Refer to Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Secondary Pipe Replacement (LHD) Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Secondary Pipe Replacement (RHD) 
  13. Install Battery Tray. Refer to Battery Tray Replacement (without Engine Block Heater)Battery Tray Replacement (with Engine Block Heater)
  14. Bleed the brake system. Refer to Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Manual) Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure) 
  15. Lower the vehicle.
