Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the engine front cover. Refer to Engine Front Cover Replacement (LV7) Engine Front Cover Replacement (L5Q) .
  2. Release the tension by pushing the tensioner and insert the EN-49073  timing chain tensioner pin (1) to the timing chain tensioner (2).

  3. Remove the timing chain tensioner bolts (1) and timing chain tensioner (2) with timing chain tensioner gasket (3).
