Installation Procedure

  1. Install the timing chain tensioner (2) with gasket (3). And tighten the timing chain tensioner retaining bolts (1) to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  2. Remove the EN-49073  timing chain tensioner pin (1) from the timing chain tensioner (2).

  3. Install the engine front cover. Refer to Engine Front Cover Replacement (LV7) Engine Front Cover Replacement (L5Q) .
