Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the right front tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
  2. Remove the right front bumper fascia opening lower cover. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Opening Lower Cover Replacement .
  3. Remove the front compartment insulator. Refer to Front Compartment Insulator Replacement .
  4. Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement .
  5. Install the engine support fixture. Refer to Engine Support Fixture (LV7) Engine Support Fixture (L5Q) .
  6. Remove the engine mount. Refer to Engine Mount Replacement .
  7. Remove the engine mount bracket bolts (1).

  8. Remove the engine mount bracket (2) from the engine.
