Installation Procedure

  1. Install the transmission mount bracket (2) to the transmission.

  2. Install the NEW transmission mount bracket bolts (1) and tighten to 58 N.m (43 lb ft) + 60 to 75 degrees.
    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  3. Install the transmission mount. Refer to Transmission Mount Replacement - Left Side .
  4. Install the engine support fixture. Refer to Engine Support Fixture (LV7)Engine Support Fixture (L5Q) .
  5. Install the battery tray. Refer to Battery Tray Replacement (without Engine Block Heater)Battery Tray Replacement (with Engine Block Heater) .
  6. Install the engine control module. Refer to Engine Control Module Replacement .
  7. Install the battery. Refer to Battery Tray Replacement (without Engine Block Heater)Battery Tray Replacement (with Engine Block Heater) .
